Isn’t This An Invasion? Venezuelan Nationals Carry Foreign Flag, Charge U.S. Border, Attack Agents

 If the estimated 5.5 million illegal aliens who have entered the country under President Joe Biden weren’t proof enough that the country is under invasion, perhaps foreign nationals carrying their home country’s flag will convince the Biden administration that America’s borders are a sieve.

On Monday, a large group of illegal aliens attempted to cross the U.S. border while carrying a gigantic Venezuelan flag. Per Fox News’ Bill Melugin, individuals attacked border patrol agents, causing authorities to enact “crowd control measures” to disperse the crowd. A video of the charge can be seen below:

The government claims that the illegal immigrants involved in this were unable to actually enter America, but added that October saw 50 groups of 100 or more illegal aliens attempt to the enter country — or more than 5,000 people in various caravans.

Lapdog media outlets like CNN described the incident as a “protest,” copying language provided by the Biden administration’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

“One of the protesters assaulted an agent with a flag pole,” CBP said in a statement confirming earlier reporting. “A second subject threw a rock causing injury to an agent at which time agents responded by initiating crowd control measures.”

“Protesters” assaulting agents with flag poles and rocks sounds more like a riot. When those protesters are demanding entry into the country, it sounds like an attack.

In turn, the American Civil Liberties Union condemned CBP agents for defending themselves and the country.

“This is the latest in a long line of abuses carried out by CBP,” the ACLU tweeted in response to the incident. “Our government’s failed attempts at preventing people from seeking protection in the US lead to death and suffering. The Biden administration must restore a humane process for seeking asylum.”

There is a “humane process for seeking” asylum and it doesn’t involve barreling over the border and using a flag pole as a weapon.

Yet the Biden administration doesn’t seem to believe that there is actually an illegal immigration problem.

In fact, if you ask Vice President Kamala Harris, the border is “secure” and the true crisis lies in the fact that the country hasn’t passed amnesty.

“We also have to put into place a law and a plan for a pathway for citizenship for the millions of people who are here and are prepared to do what is legally required to gain citizenship,” Harris told NBC’s Chuck Todd in September.

So, in that regard, the “mostly peaceful protest” at the border on Monday wasn’t an affront to America’s sovereignty at all. The Left sees those folks as future patriotic American voters.
