Twitter turns on 'bully' Chelsea Handler for mocking Sarah Huckabee Sanders' weight and appearance in 'cruel' video which says the Press Secretary looks like a man and has a 'big, fat' face (9 Pics)

Comedian Chelsea Handler promoted a fake makeup tutorial video for her Netflix show which compares White House press secretary Sarah Sanders' face to a "big, fat biscuit" that resembles a man's.

Fortune Feimster, a comedy writer, plays Sanders and shows how to apply makeup, step by step.

"Right now my skin is dry. It's like Puerto Rico before that one rainy day they had," Feimster said as she applied moisturizer. "Put it all over your face. My face is a big, fat biscuit."

As she picked up her bottle of foundation, she compared the beauty product to America's founders.

"This is foundation and just like the foundation of America, it's Republican, it's strong, and it's white," she said.

"Grab ya a beauty blender. Now, this is a beauty blender right here. It may look like a butt plug, but it's not. Stick a beauty blender up your butt once, shame on me. Stick a beauty blender up your butt twice, it's a shame I didn't think of that sooner," said Feimster. "I used to not know what foundation was, but our great president was kind enough to take me to a Sephora and he said to the employee, 'Hey, you see that fellow over here? Make him a woman.'"

The sex toy joke was followed by her applying blush and bronzer. Feimster's completed look was nothing like Sanders' well put together look in real life.

The video, posted Thursday, received backlash on social media.

"Glad to see how much of a strong feminist you are, by promoting positive body image of other females. @SarahHuckabee," one Twitter user said.

Handler's reply was unequivocal.

"This woman deserves to be taken down. She is pure evil," Handler said.

She then haphazardly applies thick layers of the makeup mock the Press Secretary's style of wearing dark eye shadow and lipstick colors

The humor in the video didn't quite reach some of Handler's followers, who called her out for making fun of someone's appearance
