Now Ocasio-Cortez Wants to Be President - Expert Says it Could Be More Than Just a Liberal Fantasy
Is America ready to become a fully socialist nation?? And if it is, is it ready to be led by its very own Evita, if Evita was a remedial high school sophomore?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then the prospect of a President Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is more than a nightmare.
And that is important because the 30-year-old who believes that money grows on trees, and likely believes the moon is made of cheese, has the presidency on her mind, experts believe.
They believe that her campaigning around the nation for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is, in part, a dress rehearsal for her eventual presidential campaign, Politico reported.
“I know, and we all know, that this isn’t just about Bernie Sanders,” the representative said at a rally for Sanders last week.
“This is about a movement that has been decades in the making,” she said to a crowd on the beach, where she should have been filming “Gidget Goes To Summer School.”
And she is correct, this movement towards socialism, much like a painful bowel movement, has been building for a long time.
“The future of the Democratic Party is not Pete Buttigieg. It’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,” California Young Democrats President Will Rodriguez-Kennedy said.
“She has gripped the attention of fellow millennials across the country. The Green New Deal has changed the conversation on environmental action in the Democratic Party,” he said.
Yeah. It changed to the fight against cow farts. Nice work. And while we also fundamentally disagree with Mayor Buttigieg on policy, if he was the future of the Democrat Party then at least they have would have someone who has rational ideas
“The largest crowds at any presidential candidate event this year featured Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez. The events have allowed Ocasio-Cortez to hone her stump speech, which is not focused solely on Sanders and often includes long passages about her progressive vision. In one instance, she gave a keynote talk at a Las Vegas town hall for the campaign — delivered in Spanish — without Sanders present,” Politico said.
Chiropractor Samuel Aguilera said he is hyped about a run for the young representative in 2024 or 2028.
“In fact, I’m excited about that. She’s intelligent. I’ve got three daughters, and I’m excited that she’s opening up our opportunities for women,” he said.
Another person at the rally shouted “Ocasio-Cortez 2020!” because her followers do not comprehend what the Constitution says either.
The soonest she could campaign for the presidency would be in the 2028 presidential election due to the age requirement.
“I think her talent and her skills are her own, and I think that they speak for something. I don’t think she needs anybody to promote her. She has that ability herself,” New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley said.
“Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a leader in the progressive movement,” Jeff Weaver, her longtime adviser said to Politico.
“She is broadly popular, frankly, among Democratic voters. She is particularly strong with young voters, voters of color. She’s an important national voice and adding her weight to the political revolution is a real coup for us,” he said.
And while Ocasio-Cortez said she would love to be Sen. Sanders Vice President if he won the election, she acknowledged that she cannot because she is not old enough.
But the Vermont senator did say she would play a “very, very important role,” if he were to become the occupant of The White House.
All of this sounds like a far-left fever dream, or a sane person’s nightmare, but the fact is we should not ever underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers.
If you think she has no chance of ever becoming president, think again. It is our job to educate people on the values of America and the strength of capitalism now.
Because of we do not they are going to hear the indoctrinating words of liberal professors and Hollywood nitwits.
This is not something that could, or should, wait for later. Because later could be too late.
