Nurse is left in shock after 'lovely' mystery shopper pays for her entire £56 grocery bill at Aldi after overhearing her mention her job as she was queuing (4 Pics)

A nurse was amazed when a stranger insisted on paying for her grocery shop.
Luke Welsh, 30, overheard Isobelle Smithson, 24, talking to other customers about her job at the NHS and offered to pay for Isobelle's £56.85 groceries at Featherstone Aldi in Pontefract, West Yorks.
When the maternity-ward nurse said that she could not accept the kind offer he put two £20 notes and one £10 in her trolley and walked away.
'He said: "no it's from me and my wife thank you for what you do" I was absolutely hysterical,' said Isobelle.

Isobelle had told people in the queue that she was a nurse at Pinderfields General Hospital in Wakefield as her NHS card helped her to move further down the queue and get into the store quicker.
'Something I felt like a right idiot doing but the queue was so big and I had my work card with me,' said the mother-of-one.
Everybody was happy to oblige and helped Isobelle to move down the queue.
'I apologised to all the people in the queue but they didn't mind at all and everyone was so nice and asking where I worked and how it was at the moment,' she said.
Just as Isobelle had finished her shopping Luke went up to her, handed her £50 and asked her to use it for the bill.
Isobelle said she could not accept it but Luke put the money in her trolley and walked away.

'Don't even know how to describe how I feel I am still so shocked and so very grateful £50 is a lot of money to myself and I just can't believe it.'
