Shady Ass Business(Picture)

The CEO sends an email out "due to California stay in place order.. we'll be closing all gyms tonight onwards effective midnight tonight (March 16th)" at 1130pm. Apparently they thought 30 minute heads up is sufficient. This was AFTER the gym had charged us for the NEXT month only a few HOURS earlier on March 16th! If that isn't an example of either incompetence or shadiness, I don't know what is. I disputed the charge & of course my bank agreed that if services won't be delivered (charging for the future month that they'll be closed in), charges for that service reversed.
