Anti-Trump NYT’s Writer Brags About Email From Dr. Fauci, Giving Her “Scoop” On His Upcoming Testimony: “He will warn the Senate” About “Needless suffering and death”
Dr. Fauci is scheduled to appear before the Senate Health Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, where he will testify about the coronavirus pandemic.
In advance of his testimony, however, the “highly respected” doctor, whose love letters to Hillary were exposed during the 2016 Wikileaks email dump, has emailed a writer for the New York Times, arguably one of the top two most anti-Trump publications in America. In his “scoop,” that he offered the New York Times writer, Sheryl Gay Stolberg, Dr. Fauci explained how he will warn the Senate Committee of the dangers of opening our economy too soon.
Below, is a sampling of the anti-Trump narrative being pushed by Stolberg on Twitter, the NYT’s writer who Dr. Fauci chose to share his “scoop” with in advance of his testimony before the Senate Committee.
In her first tweet, Stolberg shares a question by avowed Socialist Bernie Sanders for Dr. Fauci, who asked him if the number of COVID19 deaths is actually higher than what is being reported. Contrary to many reports stating that the actual number of death directly related to COVID-19 is drastically lower than what is being reported, Dr. Fauci answers the two-time Democrat presidential candidate, Senator Sanders, that he believes the number is “likely higher.”
Stolberg also points out that Dr. Fauci also “implicitly contradicts Trump, who once said the virus would miraculously disappear” (these are Stolberg’s words, not President Trump’s).
Fauci asked by @SenSanders if the number of deaths is higher than reported, replies in the affirmative.
“I think you are correct that the number is likely higher. I don’t know exactly the percent higher but almost certainly its higher.”
Fauci also implicitly contradicts Trump, who once said the virus would miraculously disappear.
“If you talk about 'will this virus just disappear,?" as I’ve said many times, that is not going to happen.”

In a tweet from yesterday afternoon, Stolberg mocks President Trump’s statement about transitioning our nation to greatness, since he promised to “Make America great again” as part of his campaign promise. It’s interesting how quickly these leftist hack journalists are able to blame President Trump for a worldwide pandemic that emanated in China, that’s threatening to destroy the historic economy built by this president and his administration.
Also, if I heard Trump correctly, he announced that his administration would send $1 billion to the states.
But administration officials have told reporters $11 billion -- eleven, not one -- will be sent out.
Trump says we are "in transition to greatness."
Which is kind of interesting, since his campaign says he made America great again.

Stolberg shares a portion of Fauci’s email that he shared with her on Twitter: “The major message that I want to convey to the Senate HLP committee tomorrow is the danger of trying to open the country prematurely. If we skip over the checkpoints in the guidelines: “Open America Again,” then we risk the danger of multiple outbreaks throughout the country. This will not only result in needless suffering and death, but would set us back on our request to turn to normal.”
In her NYT’s article, Stolberg attempts to paint Dr. Fauci’s appearance before the Senate Committee as his first opportunity to speak freely about President Trump without feeling threatened by having the president standing next to him at one of his daily coronavirus press briefings.
It will be his first appearance before Congress since President Trump declared a national emergency in March, and a chance for him to address lawmakers and the public without President Trump by his side. He has been largely out of public view since last week, when Mr. Trump abandoned his daily briefings with his coronavirus task force.
Here are Stolberg’s tweets, where she appears to be bragging about the “scoop” she got from the leftist doctor.

Stolberg also highlights the need for the controversial “tracing” of citizens being pushed by Dr. Fauci, as a necessary requirement for reopening our economy, warning about the dangers of states that don’t comply with the good doctor’s orders.
Dr. Fauci was referring to a three-phase White House plan, Opening Up America Again, that lays out guidelines for state officials considering reopening their economies. Among its recommendations: States should have a “downward trajectory of positive tests” or a “downward trajectory of documented cases” of coronavirus over two weeks, while conducting robust contact tracing and “sentinel surveillance” testing of asymptomatic people in vulnerable populations, such as nursing homes.But many states are reopening without meeting those guidelines, seeking to ease the economic pain as millions of working people and small-business owners are facing ruin while sheltering at home.

Catherine Evans of the American Thinker writes – For all of Dr. Fauci’s daily appearances and scientific evaluations of the data, questions still abound.
For example: Why did Dr. Fauci not sound the alarm in 2009 as urgently as he has done in 2020?
Why did he not insist we ‘force’ hospitals to cancel elective tests and surgeries to save room for future infected patients during the H1N1 outbreak?
Why did he pointedly target restaurants and bars in his concern for the spread of the coronavirus but not H1N1?
As a specialist in infectious diseases, and as a self-described “man of science,” why support the closing of schools, businesses, and home quarantine for one virus and not the other?
H1N1’s duration from April 2009 to April 2010 with 60 million infected and almost 13,000 deaths in the U.S. alone was no less serious than the 2020 coronavirus so why was Dr. Fauci taking a more measured approach in 2009?
In 2009, at the height of the H1N1 spread in the U.S., a very calm Dr. Fauci appeared in a video where he took a much different approach to the virus while Barack Obama was President of the United States:
Dr. Fauci: “Parents should not send their kids to school if they’re sick, if you’re sick don’t go to work … avoid places where there are people who are sick and coughing, now that’s a difficult thing to do,” he said. “…You can’t isolate yourself from the rest of the world for the whole flu season.”

Additionally, nowhere in the 2009 interview does Dr. Fauci specifically mentions restaurants and bars as hot spots for the transmission of the H1N1 virus as he does in his recent interview with Yahoo News: “When I see crowded bars and crowded restaurants, it is a little bit unnerving,” Fauci said. “It’s clear that those are the situations that put people very much at risk.” Talk about wielding power. Take a look around the country. Local and state officials have heeded Fauci’s “unnerving” concern and ordered restaurants to close their dining areas or adhere to a 10-person limit. In cities and small towns everywhere, the restaurant industry, which includes owners, suppliers, chefs, line cooks, waitstaff, and bartenders, has been decimated.
Restaurants and bar owners, along with their employees, are the hardest hit economically by the virus. In my city of Richmond, Virginia, 75% to 80% of restaurant staff have been laid off. One hundred restaurants have closed and those not following Governor Ralph ‘Blackface’ Northam’s 10-person limit have been advised they could lose their business licenses and possibly risk police action if they do not comply. Meanwhile, Dr. Fauci lamented to Yahoo! News that he is unable to get his usual seven-mile daily run in due to his 19-hour days helping the American people, but he’s hopeful “sometime soon we’ll get back to some normality where I can exercise the way I like to exercise.”
From the Last Refuge – Perhaps one way to help see through the professional obfuscation, and identify just exactly how political Dr. Fauci is, would be to compare and contrast Dr. Fauci under President Obama.
According to the CDC final estimate of 2009 U.S. H1N1 cases (published in 2011): from April 12, 2009, to April 10, 2010, approximately 60.8 million U.S. cases, 274,304 U.S. hospitalizations, and 12,469 U.S. deaths occurred due to H1N1. That’s the empirical data.
Perhaps a look into two of Dr. Fauci’s love letters to Hillary, that were revealed in the Wikileaks email dump in 2016 are worth considering when assessing the esteemed expert’s views on the current coronavirus pandemic versus the 2009 H1N1 pandemic that killed over 12,000 Americans.
Here’s Dr. Fauci’s first email to Hillary on June 2, 2012. In this email, Dr. Fauci asks Hillary aides to relay a message to Hillary about her speech that “brought me to tears,” calling it a “bases-loaded home run.” Dr. Fauci was literally tripping over himself with praise for the crooked secretary of state, asking her aides to tell Hillary Clinton, “I love her more than ever” adding, “you guys too, of course.”
Here’s the second email from Dr. Fauci to Hillary aide Cheryl Mills, praising Hillary, asking her to relay a message to Hillary: “Please tell her that we all love her and are very proud to know her.”
With Dr. Fauci’s clear obsession with America’s most crooked Democrat, is it any wonder then, that in 2009, Dr. Fauci did such a great job of downplaying the H1N1 outbreak while Barack Obama golfed and no one in America even noticed?
