Dramatic moment suspended police officer uses Taser on 'bystander' after car crash as he is investigated for THIRD incident using 'excessive force'
Shocking footage captures a suspended police officer using a Taser on a 'bystander' after a car crash as he is investigated over a third incident for using 'excessive force'.
The West Midlands Police employee was already being investigated over unrelated incidents before the footage involving Trevaile Wyse emerged.
He was suspended after videos showed a teenager being kicked in Newtown around 5pm on April 21 and a man being punched in Aston a day earlier.
Now it has emerged the same officer is being investigated over the Tasering of a burglary suspect after a pursuit on February 27.

Mr Wyse passed out after receiving the volts in his stomach and throat and was treated by paramedics at the scene.
This week, the 30-year-old lodged a formal complaint with West Midlands Police. He was, he maintains, a bystander in the aftermath of a car crash.
In the video, Mr Wyse claims he is ordered to lie on the floor and the Taser was used on him when he failed to comply.
He was apparently agitated and, by his own admission, refused to lie on the ground when ordered to do so. The video appears to show him initially running.
With his back to a wall, Mr Wyse could be heard saying, 'do it, do it' as an officer shouted: 'Get down.'
He alleged officers attempted to wrestle him to the ground and his t-shirt was ripped during the altercation.
Mr Wyse said he was detained at Perry Barr police station for 19 hours.
And he agreed to attend an anger management course after being told he would face a charge of assaulting an officer if he did not. That course will cost him £90.
He claimed the nature of the assault was making a policeman 'flinch'.
'I was at home and heard a big bang,' said Mr Wyse. 'I looked out and saw a car crash - me and my neighbours went to see.

'The policeman came up and told me to get on the ground. I wasn't prepared to get on the ground because I'd done nothing wrong.
'I was hit in the stomach and in the throat. I passed out - when you're being tasered, it's not a nice feeling. Being Tasered in the throat is ten times worse.'
Footage of the first incident earlier emerged of the officer grappling with the 15-year-old. The boy was told he would be stopped and searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
West Midlands Police said he was 'seen acting suspiciously', refused to co-operated and 'is alleged to have elbowed the officer in the face'.
In the video, the officer appears to hit the teenager over the head and he is brought to the ground.

He then kicks him once and holds him down against a brick wall. The boy was restrained by the officer before being detained and returned home.
A second video of the officer hitting a cyclist after he suspected he was on a stolen bike later emerged.
Two officers stopped a man in Aston, Birmingham, on April 20 who they suspected was on a stolen bicycle, according to West Midlands Police.
The force said: 'The man was detained and it is alleged the officer assaulted the man before he was released with no further action.'
CCTV shows him beating the cyclist on a police car.
The officer, who was not wearing PPE, then pulled down the man's protective face mask and pinned him against the bonnet of a patrol car, while his female colleague held the man down and the officer appeared to punch him three times in the back.
He then appears to punch the man again before kneeing him in the side as his colleague puts the handcuffs on.
Several passersby appeal to the officer to stop but he appears to respond by body slamming the cyclist against the car.
A complaint has now been made after the officer allegedly used a Taser during an incident in February.
A spokesperson said: 'A complaint was received after the officer stopped a teenager on 21 April in Melbourne Avenue, Newtown.
'In the ensuing incident it is alleged that the officer used unnecessary force in striking and kicking the young person. A further complaint was received which involves the same officer.
'It relates to a prior incident on 20 April in Frederick Road, Aston, where two officers stopped a man they suspected was on a stolen bicycle.
'The man was detained and it's alleged the officer assaulted the man before he was released with no further action.'
The cyclist's treatment is the subject of a formal complaint lodged by Birmingham community activist Desmond Jaddoo, acting on behalf of the cyclist.
Mr Jaddoo has accused police of racial discrimination, assault, false imprisonment and use of excessive and unjustified force.
The victim in the second video was stopped by police investigating the theft of a bicycle.
After the attack he contacted community activist Desmond Jaddoo, who lodged a complaint against the officer.
Mr Jaddoo said: 'The cyclist is still frightened and we are trying to restore some confidence. He still has bruising and has been resting.
A second video emerged showing the male officer hitting a cyclist as he suspected he was on a stolen bike and the officer was suspended
The officer pinned the cyclist against the bonnet of the patrol car and punched him three times in the back on April 20
'He is back out cycling for his exercise but he is very apprehensive when he sees police officers. He gets out of their way.
'My complaint has been acknowledged by the police and they have suspended the officer. This is a full-blown IOPC investigation.'
Referring to the third incident, he said it flew in the face of claims Tasers were a 'last resort'.
It comes as the IOPC launched an investigation into a Metropolitan Police officer who caused a man life-changing injuries after shooting him with a Taser in Haringey, north London.
The officer will be subject to a criminal investigation after deploying the device on the man, in his 20s, as he jumped over a wall on May 4.
The IOPC said the man fell and suffered serious injuries and was arrested for drug-related offences.
The officer will be asked by IOPC investigators to give a written account under caution for the alleged offence of causing grievous bodily harm.
In a statement, West Midlands Police said: 'A West Midlands Police officer who is currently suspended by the force following two allegations of excessive use of force is now being investigated over a third incident.
'We have been made aware of a mobile phone video showing a member of the public being Tasered by the officer in Handsworth.
'Officers were dealing with the aftermath of a pursuit on February 27 when they spoke to the man.
'He was subsequently Tasered prior to arrest and released with a conditional caution. Depending on the outcome of this investigation, the caution administered may be subject to review.'
A spokesperson added: 'The man who was Tasered was not connected to the pursuit and we are not naming him. We are not going into any further details of the pursuit while there is an on-going IOPC investigation.'
The force said the officer was suspended earlier this month after two allegations and confirmed a man 'suspected to be on a stolen bicycle' was detained and later released 'with no further action'.
