Scary moment woman twerking on the roof of a Jeep gets dropped on her head during downtown Los Angeles celebrations for Dodgers' World Series victory
A Los Angeles Dodgers fan suffered a serious head injury after she fell off of a moving jeep while twerking on the roof of the vehicle during celebrations of the team’s World Series championship in downtown LA on Tuesday night.
A viral video clip shows a woman dancing on top of a black Jeep Wrangler that was in the middle of a downtown intersection on Tuesday night.
Video shows the woman dancing and gyrating on the roof of the vehicle as the driver hit the gas and spinned the rear wheels while the Jeep remained in place.
Another woman is seen emerging from the inside of the vehicle and peeking her head out of the open sunroof.

The woman was taking part in citywide celebrations for the Los Angeles Dodgers, who moments earlier won the World Series
The woman then finished dancing and sat down toward the rear of the Jeep’s roof while gazing out at the street, apparently unaware that traffic in the intersection was clearing and the driver was about to accelerate. As the driver hit the gas, the woman begins to lose her balance (right)
The momentum of the accelerating Jeep threw the woman off her balance and sent her crashing to the pavement
The back of her head collided with the asphalt, knocking her unconscious.
The woman then finished dancing and sat down toward the rear of the Jeep’s roof while gazing out at the street, apparently unaware that traffic in the intersection was clearing and the driver was about to accelerate.
The driver then hit the gas and gained speed. The momentum of the accelerating Jeep threw the woman off her balance and sent her crashing to the pavement.

A GoFundMe page was created on Wednesday by Bryan Zelaya of Bell, California.
The crowdfunding effort identifies the injured woman as Brianna Reyes.
According to Zelaya, Reyes suffered a blackout and head trauma.
The GoFundMe asks donors to help offset the costs of medical treatment.
Authorities on Wednesday said 18 people were arrested in what were largely peaceful celebrations by hometown fans who poured into the streets of Los Angeles after the Dodgers clinched their World Series title late on Tuesday.

It was a marked difference from earlier this month when the Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA championship.
More than 75 people were arrested and more than 30 buildings and businesses were damaged as a downtown celebration for the Lakers turned chaotic.
Officials had urged fans to avoid crowds and practice social distancing when celebrating to reduce the risk of coronavirus.
County health authorities have blamed gatherings related to the Lakers’ and Dodgers’ championship seasons for spreading COVID-19 and preventing the county from reopening more quickly amid the pandemic.
