Two workers who were installing an antenna on a water tower in Delaware were killed when the lift they were perched on was knocked over by strong winds and it became tangled in electrical wires.
Jovan Maldonado, 23, and Bryan Maldonado Andino, 22, were working for the Texas-based company Velex to install new antennas on a water tower in the Bethany Beach area.
The men, who were both Puerto Rican, fell to their deaths at around 10.30am, according to Delaware State Police.

'The individuals were approximately 120 feet off the ground when a strong wind caused the lift to tip over and become tangled in the surrounding electrical wires as it fell to the ground,' police said in a statement.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
Velex did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
An investigation of the incident is to involve the Division of Forensic Science and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration, police said.
NBCNews reported that historical weather data from Ocean City, 15 miles south of the tragedy, suggested there were 30-40 mile wind gusts in the area Monday.
