Trump Heard At Christmas Party Teasing a 2024 Presidential Run: 'I'll See You In Four Years'
There’s no doubt that President Donald Trump and those fighting on his behalf in America’s courts of law — to prove that the 2020 election was potentially rigged and stolen — have no interest in backing down from the monumental challenge.
That’s especially true given the potential ramifications for future Republican candidates, at all levels.
As the days tick by, Trump and his legal team have acknowledged that their worst enemy at this point is time itself. With states rushing to certify their vote totals and the Electoral College just two weeks out, Trump’s lawyers remain confident but also remain aware that time is of the essence.
According to Breitbart, Trump seemed to indicate in a recent tweet that he understands he might have to leave the White House, come January 20. He’s dropped very few hints that would suggest that he has little chance of holding a second term, but he offered hope to his tens of millions of patriotic supporters that, if the worst-case scenario comes to pass, he’s not going anywhere.
“Trump at the White House Christmas party: ‘It’s been an amazing four years. We’re trying to do another four years, otherwise I’ll see you in four years,’ Forbes reporter Andrew Solender tweeted.
You can hear the president tease a potential 2024 run in the video footage below:
Oklahoma GOP National Committeewoman Pam Pollard also streamed the event, which was a White House Christmas party held this week.
Trump can be heard in the video insisting that there was widespread fraud in the 2020 election, especially in states like Michigan and Georgia. Prominent defense attorney Sidney Powell has been on the forefront of attempting to prove that widespread ballot fraud took place in those states, hoping that a judge will seek to invalidate the tens of thousands of votes it would take to overturn the state’s final election results.
Trump’s message to his Republican supporters at the Christmas party about running in 2024 drew applause, as a vast majority of the party still supports the idea of making a comeback in four years if things don’t work out this time around. Recent polls indicated that Trump is already a Republican frontrunner to win the nomination for a 2024 run.
It’s important to keep in mind that this election is quite over, as there are still numerous lawsuits to be acted upon and a possible shot at moving one of the cases to the U.S. Supreme Court.
But at the end of the day, at least we know that somehow, someway, Trump will be back to help keep this country on track, which will be especially important in 2024 if Biden takes the White House and runs America into the ground.
