Bath & Body-slamming! Employees pile on to a 'rowdy' maskless customer during brawl at Arizona branch of the chain store
A massive fight broke out at a Bath & Body Works on Saturday - with two people now facing charges.
Video of the incident at the Fashion Square Mall, in Scottsdale, Arizona, which quickly went viral, shows an employee hitting a maskless customer in a black and white dress, and dragging her to the ground before her coworkers joined and piled on the woman.
A friend of the customer, in a black tube top, appears to try to pry the four employees off her which quickly devolves into violence and as punches are thrown.
Two women have since been arrested but it is not clear whether they are the customers or staff members.
A witness at the store, who shared the video online, claimed the fight began when one of the women got in an argument with another customer about cutting in line.
Bath & Body Works employees were caught on video wrapping their arms around the neck of a customer wearing a black and white striped dress and taking her to the ground
Another woman in a black tube top also brawled with employees and she seemed to be on the same team as the woman in the dress
Another video posted on TikTok, which captured the beginning of the fight, showed the woman in the tube top angrily throwing bags at the customer.
When her friend, in the black and white dress went to intervene, she was attacked by the employee.
'Are you f**king kidding me right now?' a woman's voice shouts in the videos.
Employees then order the women out of the store.
'A whole fight just happened at bath & body works. I’m dying,' witness Genevieve posted.
She later said that the incident started because a 'white lady was standing too close to another customer,' which video footage does not show.
'They started arguing. BBW employees tried to de-escalate but the white lady wouldn’t leave,' Genevieve said.
Genevieve claimed that one of the women 'pushed many people beforehand' and said she was 'loud and uncooperative the whole time before the fight started.'
DailyMail.com has reached out to Genevieve for more information and additional comment.
