One woman was shot dead and five other people are injured after a dispute between two groups at a Dallas nightclub resulted in gunfire early Saturday.
Officers were called to an active shooter situation at PrymeBar Dallas on Technology Blvd W at 1.30am, where they arrived to find six gunshot victims inside, police said.
Cops say a fight had broken out between two groups inside the club when one person pulled out a gun and began firing.

All six victims were taken to Parkland Hospital where one woman was pronounced dead.
Her name has not been released.
The extent of the injuries to the other five people range from stable to critical condition, Dallas Police said in a statement.
Authorities say the shooter, who is described as a 22-year-old man wearing a blue shirt, fled the scene and remains at large.
The investigation is ongoing and no further information was released.
