Joe Biden is still taking credit for President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed.

He would be much more effective if he could complete a sentence without getting lost in a word salad.

Joe Biden Monday told Americans, “Four months ago, four months ago, there was an audacious goal we had to put a million shots into the arms of my first 100 days.”
