Two Boston cops are injured and hospitalized after being bitten and kicked in the head by group of children brawling in a school bus
One child and four adults, including two Boston police officers, were taken to the hospital on Friday after a brawl broke out among students on a school bus.
Cops received a 911 call around 8 a.m. on Friday about the fight while students at the McKinley School were being taken to a summer learning program at Orchard Gardens School, Boston Public Schools said in a statement to DailyMail.com.
The driver of the bus, which was travelling on Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, pulled over and police and EMS responded. It was not immediately clear what had started the fight, which was between three of the students.
The Boston Police Department said that one of the officers was kicked in the head and the other was bitten while responding to the fight, Fox News reported. The two cops were taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
