Couple puts up a clothesline to block the FIVE security cameras their 'crazy' neighbor has pointed at their home while waging war with the nosy 'Karen'

A couple who is waging war with their 'crazy' neighbor has put up a clothesline to block the five cameras the woman allegedly has pointed at their home as an act of retaliation.

Megan Reid, who is believed to live in the U.S., took to TikTok over the weekend to share a video of her fiancé scaling a ladder to install the clothesline, which they hung sheets across to prevent their neighbor from watching them.

'When your crazy neighbor has five cameras pointed at your front door/driveway... you put up a clothesline,' she captioned the clip.

Reid made sure to zoom in her neighbor's camera in the video, which ended with someone — possibly their neighbor — asking: 'What are you doing?'

The TikTok has been viewed more than 2.3 million times in just a few days, and thousands of people have commented on the footage.

'Does this not qualify as an invasion of privacy? I do not understand how people are allowed to do this!' one person wrote, while another asked: 'Did she just come out and ask what you are doing on your own property?'

'I bet she sits and watched all day long bc she has nothing better to do with her sad life,' someone else added.

'That's why it bothers me so much,' Reid responded.

The next day, Reid posted a video of a blaring alarm going off while she was in the backyard with her dog.

'This is the reason my neighbor was charged with harassment,' she wrote. 'She was setting off an alarm every time I let my dogs out in a fenced yard...'

In another follow-up clip, she pointed out each of her neighbor's five cameras —and all of them appeared to be facing her property.

'All Karen’s cameras...pointed at our house,' she wrote.

Reid showed off their completed clothesline in her most recent video, which was set to Mariah Carey's hit 'Obsessed.'

'The final product!' she wrote in the caption. 'She called the police and they laughed.'

TikTokers were stunned by her neighbor's actions and questioned what the woman said when she called the cops to report the clothesline.

'So she is literally upset that she can't use her cameras to watch you,' one person wrote, while another asked: 'What was her complaint? I can't see their business now?'

Someone else added: 'Wooo! Calls the cops: the neighbors are hanging up laundry...LAUNDRY!!!'

Reid alleged in the comments that their neighbor 'actually contacted the counter-terrorism line' and claimed their laundry was 'hanging from power lines.'
