A furious woman was filmed calling a Walgreen's manager a 'f*****g b*tch,' and storming out of the store after being refused a refund for a pre-paid card.
A bystander filmed the incident and posted it to TikTok, capturing the grey-haired woman saying 'I just purchased it, this is not my fault' as she angrily crossed her arms at the cashier counter.
'We have a zero exceptions, no refunds on any cards that we send out the door,' the manager told her. Both women spoke with southern accents, although it is unclear when or where the clip was filmed.
'Well there's an error in that,' the enraged customer said as she pointed to the back of the card. 'So I want my money back,' she added.
The manager tried telling the woman she has to call the number on the back of the card when the customer interrupted and demanded she get her money back from Walgreens.

The woman was visibly angry as she demanded to speak to a manager before snatching the gift card out of the manager's hand and storming out of the store
She explained that she'd bought the card, which has money loaded onto it, and which can be used instead of cash - at the store.
'Walgreens is the one that sold it to me and there's an error in that so you can get your dealings with them,' she said.
'Ma'am there's nothing I can do,' the manager calmly replied.
'This is b***s***' the woman said as she shook her head.
'I hear your frustration,' the manager said.
The customer would not take no for an answer, saying that she 'bought that to pay a bill with'.
'I've already loaded my money on it,' she added.
'All I can give you is this number right here,' the manager told the woman, referring again to the customer service number on the back of the gift card.
'I don't want to cause you any more frustration or pain in your day but that's all I can do for you,' she told the customer.
The angry woman slams her phone on the counter and crosses her arms before demanding to speak to a manager.
'Well you're looking at two of them,' the Walgreens worker replied.
'That's ridiculous,' the woman said repeatedly, appearing to get angrier.
The manager informs the customer her name is Hayley, to which she replied: 'I don't care what your name is that's ridiculous.'
The angry woman then rips the card from the manager's hands, snatches her keys off the counter and calls her a *f****** b****' as she stormed out of the store.
The manager, who remained calm, called after her to 'have a good night'.
'Yeah, bye b****,' the woman said.
The TikTok was posted yesterday and has already been viewed more than three million times, with a slew of commenters calling the angry customer a 'Karen' while commending the manager for remaining calm.
A Karen is the nickname given to a white woman deemed to have behaved officiously towards those she deems less important than her.
'Props to the manager I'd have laid some hands on her!' the TikTok user who shared the video wrote in the caption.
'I'll never understand why people act like this,' one commenter said, while another said the woman 'embarrassed herself (by) speaking to employees that way'.
However this is not the first time TikTok has exposed a 'Karen'.
