Sen Tom Cotton UNLOADS On Biden’s Far-Left AG Garland...Will you apologize” To Father of 15-Yr-Old Girl Raped In Bathroom “by a boy wearing girl’s clothes?” [VIDEO]
Senator Tom Cotton unloaded on Joe Biden’s radical, far-left Attorney General Merrick Garland during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this afternoon over the DOJ’s threatening letter to parents who are demanding school boards across America stop sexualizing our children, indoctrinating them with the racist CRT curriculum and mandating that they wear masks to school.
Senator Cotton asked AG Garland about when the threatening letter was prepared: “You’ve cited, as the basis for that directive, the National School Board Association’s letter of September 29th. Was that directive being prepared before September 29th, before the school board association letter was issued?”
“I don’t believe so, certainly, I didn’t have any idea…” Garland replied.
Cotton continued, “Okay. So, it was only prepared after—okay. I think that answers the question.”
Senator Cotton unloaded on Biden’s radical AG over his handling of Scott Smith, a Loudon County parent who was forcefully removed from a school board meeting after he blasted board members for their transgender policy that opened the door for his 15-year-old daughter to be raped in the bathroom by a boy dressed as a girl. “So, you keep citing the school board letter and news reports. One of those news reports cited in that letter that you presumably mean is from Loudon County, Virginia,” Cotton said.
“No, that’s not what I was talking about,” a sniveling Garland replied.
“Well, you keep citing news reports and that’s the most prominent news report that anyone in America has seen,” Cotton said. He continued, “That refers to Scott Smith, whose 15-year-old daughter was raped. She was raped in a bathroom by a boy wearing girl’s clothes, and the Loudon County School Board covered it up because it would have interfered with their transgender policy during Pride Month. And that man, Scott Smith, because he went to a school board and tried to defend his daughter’s rights was condemned internationally! Do you apologize to Scott Smith and his 15-yr-old daughter, judge?”
AG Garland tried to explain that the First Amendment protects Scott Smith. Senator Cotton interrupted AG Garland to remind him of his threat against parents who protest at school board meetings, and how the Left has framed them as domestic terrorists for speaking out on behalf of their children.
