Pediatric Neurologist Dr. Ben Carson On Vaccinating Young Kids: “This is really just a giant experiment...mortality rate for children from COVID-19 is .025...very similar to the rate for flu season”

 World-renowned pediatric neurologist Dr. Ben Carson joined Fox Business News host Maria Bartiromo to discuss the enthusiasm behind the announcement today by the CDC that children between the ages of 5 to 11-year-old can now get the Pfizer COVID jab.

For now, our overreaching government is giving parents the have the ability to make the choice to vaccinate their kids against a virus that is less likely to kill the chances of being run over by a bus.

Dr. Carson, who headed the pediatric neurosurgery department at John’s Hopkins Hospital was asked by Bartiromo if he agrees with the CDC decision to vaccinate 5-10 yr-old kids with the Pfizer COVID jab?  “Uh, absolutely not!” Dr. Carson said, adding, “The fact of the matter is, the mortality rate for children from COVID-19 is .025 which is very similar to the rate for seasonal flu—and we haven’t been going through these things for seasonal flu!”

Dr. Carson explained his concerns about vaccinating young kids with the COVID jab, “This is really just a giant experiment.” He asked, “Do we want to put our children at risk when we don’t know why would we do a thing like that?” adding, “It makes no sense whatsoever.”

The brilliant pediatric neurosurgeon reminded Bartiromo that a number of studies have already shown that natural immunity “is very very  effective,” including a “study by the Cleveland Clinic of 1,300 of their workers who had been previously infected, and NONE of them have been re-infected!” 

Dr. Carson ended his segment by suggesting that the vaccine push is nothing more than a money grab, as he explained that to count to a trillion would take 31,000 years…”Just to put that in perspective” he said.
