Two RINO Fox News Contributors Quit Over Tucker Carlson’s Explosive Jan 6th Documentary
Last month, a DC Judge held the District of Columbia’s corrections director and jail warden in contempt of court after lamenting the treatment of January 6th political prisoners. “It’s clear to me the civil rights of the defendant were violated by the D.C. Department of Corrections,” US District Judge Roy Lamberth said. “I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6 defendant or not.” Tucker Carlson released a documentary on FOX news discussing the mistreatment of January 6th protesters and the police state crackdown that ensued after the unrest. Two FOX News contributors resigned this week in response to the video. The New York Times Reports–
The trailer for Tucker Carlson’s special about the Jan. 6 mob at the Capitol landed online on Oct. 27, and that night Jonah Goldberg sent a text to his business partner, Stephen Hayes: “I’m tempted just to quit Fox over this.”
“I’m game,” Mr. Hayes replied. “Totally outrageous. It will lead to violence. Not sure how we can stay.”
Jonah Goldberg has been a frequent contributor to the National Review, where he has been an apologist for the disastrous Iraq War and continues to advocate for an aggressive foreign policy to this day. Leading up to the Iraq War, he falsely claimed that the Iraqi government was close to developing nuclear weapons.
Him and Hayes have been frequent critics of President Trump. In the wake of the January 6th unrest, both called for President Trump’s impeachment. ”
