BREAKING: Trump Explains Why He’s Canceled Jan 6 Mar-a-Lago Press Conference
President Trump planned to host a press conference at Mar-a-Lago on January 6, the anniversary of his speech at the Elipse in Washington DC, that drew over a million.
Without giving too many details about his decision to cancel, Trump released a statement via email. In his statement, Trump called out “crazy” Nancy Pelosi and “Shifty” Adam Schiff, along with the other unhinged Democrats and two disgraced Republican never-Trump House members, Rep. Liz Cheney (WY) and Rep. Adam Kinzinger (IL), who are all part of the J6 Committee formed to frame Trump and his supporters for what is increasingly beginning to look like a trap that was set for Trump’s supporters.
“In light of the total bias and dishonesty of the January 6th Unselect Committee of Democrats, two failed Republicans, and the Fake News Media, I am canceling the January 6th Press Conference at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday, and instead will discuss many of those important topics at my rally on Saturday, January 15th, in Arizona,” Trump said.
He continued, “What has become more and more obvious to ALL is that the LameStream Media will not report the facts that Nancy Pelosi and the Capitol Sergeant-at-Arms denied requests for the D.C. National Guard or Military to be present at the Capitol. Their emails and correspondence with the Department of Defense exist, but the media won’t ask for this evidence or report the truth! ”
Dinesh D’Souza tweeted about the sham investigation:
I’m chortling at all the overheated media humbug about the anniversary of the great “insurrection.” Since not one of the #January6 defendants has been charged with insurrection, this raises the question of whether it’s possible to have an insurrection without insurrectionists
