Kavanaugh Disappoints [AGAIN] With Vaccine Mandate Vote For Health Care Workers
Today, the Supreme Court blocked an OSHA mandate that would have forced private employees to be vaccinated. While many conservatives are celebrating the 6-3 decision as a victory, the court refused to put a stay on a healthcare worker vaccination mandate that could result in even more healthcare workers being fired after thousands already have been. The Epoch Times Reports–
“The Supreme Court has blocked the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses, but has decided to allow a separate regulation that requires health care workers to get a vaccine to take effect.
In a 6–3 ruling on Jan. 13, the court halted the mandate for all private employers with 100 or more workers, ruling that the states and companies that challenged the rule were likely to succeed. Biden administration officials had argued that the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of 1970 gave them the authority to impose the mandate, but a majority of the justices disagreed.”
While some were quick to celebrate the ruling, others scrutinized Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Roberts who allowed the healthcare worker mandate to go through.
Supreme Court has left the coercive COVID vaccine mandate in place for hospital workers, nursing homes, and other healthcare workers. Regardless of natural immunity. Texas must act now to protect them. Tx cannot allow this to stand w/out a fight. Special session now! #txlege

Newly appointed Justice Brett Kavanuagh has come under scrutiny for decisions he made in 2021 as well.
Last March, Justices Kavanaugh and Barrett refused to review a lower court decision on election integrity/fraud in the November 2020 Presidential election.
Last May, Justice Kavanaugh sided with liberal justices in a case that significantly expanded the right of plaintiffs to bring class action law suits in a case involving Apple.
