BREAKING: Kyle Rittenhouse Announces Plans to Sue LeBron James for Defamation
Kyle Rittenhouse’s list of defamation lawsuits keeps growing, as he makes the big announcement that his attorneys will be sending LeBron James a letter.
On Monday’s Tucker Carlson Tonight segment, Rittenhouse told Carlson that he would be suing left-wing politicians and celebrities for defamation after they publically called him a murderer both before his trial and after he was acquitted.
TUCKER: "Will you be suing any news organizations?"

Rittenhouse also announced the launch of The Media Accountability Project, which Rittenhouse says will serve “as a tool to help fundraise and hold the media accountable for the lies they said and deal with them in court.”
The incredible promotional video for The Media Accountability Project was released yesterday, and it’s definitely worth a watch.
It’s been quite a busy week for Rittenhouse amidst the launch of this major initiative, and his latest move has been revealing his intent to sue LeBron James for defamation. Rittenhouse went on with Drew Hernandez at FrontLines on Tuesday where he publicized this information.
First, however, Hernandez questioned Rittenhouse about his stance on BLM and what their organization stands for, pointing out that it’s a neo-communist organization.
“Do you support Black Lives Matter as a neo-communist organization? Do you actually support all of that?” Hernandez asked Rittenhouse. To which Rittenhouse replied, “No, I support Black lives mattering. I support “Black lives matter”… they do matter.”
“Everyone wants to know as well,” continued Hernandez, “what are your plans for LeBron James?”
“He’ll be getting a letter too,” responded Rittenhouse. “Anybody who defamed me or lied about me… We’re just gonna send them a letter and then deal with them in a courtroom.”

The “defamation” Rittenhouse is referring to in the case of LeBron James is the tweet that James sent out during Rittenhouse’s trial, mocking the 18-year-old as he stood on trial for murder.
James’ tweet suggested that Rittenhouse was faking tears for the courtroom and feigning emotion while on the witness stand. James wrote:
“What tears????? I didn’t see one. Man knock it off! That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court.”

Rittenhouse also plans to hold Joe Biden accountable for calling him a white supremacist when he had zero evidence of such a thing, ultimately contributing to the 18-year-old’s public defamation.
Following the Kenosha protests, Biden immediately posted to Twitter calling Rittenhouse a white supremacist when race was not a factor in the case at all. Then-presidential candidate Joe Biden contributed to the spread of false information surrounding the Rittenhouse case and unfairly labeled him a white supremacist when no evidence existed to support this claim and support his campaign for the presidency.
There have been some questions raised about whether Rittenhouse could realistically take any legal action against Biden given his current presidency. Conservative author and lawyer Ann Coutler addressed this concern back in November, tweeting that “Biden has no immunity for calling Rittenhouse a “white supremacist” when he was a private citizen running for president. Rittenhouse has got to sue Biden.”
