DISGUSTING: Transgender Child Molester Brags About Plea Deal Given To Him By Leftist California DA

 

 

Left wing District Attorney’s all over the country have been elected on ‘soft on crime’ platforms using dark money from liberal PAC’s.  One District Attorney elected with a soft on crime platform was LA County District Attorney George Gascon.

Gascon is now facing a recall effort due to rising crime rates in the County.  After facing harsh criticism for the rising crime rates and amidst the recall effort, he has decided to re-introduce some tough on crime policies, such as special enhancement charges for felonies.

While he would like to rebrand himself as being tough on crime to avoid being recalled, a shocking story broke this week that a 26 year old transgender child molester who he struck a plea deal with was caught bragging about his light sentence in recordings obtained by FOX News.  The plea deal gives the predator a sentence of only 2 years and, among other things, put him in a juvenile prison with other minors….

“A 26-year-old transgender (bio male) child molester who pleaded guilty last month to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl back in 2014 was sentenced to 2 years in a juvenile facility thanks to Soros-backed Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón.

In 2014, 17-year-old James Tubbs grabbed a 10-year-old girl by the throat at a Denny’s in Palmdale, California and sexually assaulted her in a bathroom stall.

Since the sexual assault in 2014, James Tubbs ‘transitioned’ to Hannah Tubbs and is now 26 years old.

Tubbs bragged about working the system and not having to register as a sex offender to his father in jailhouse phone calls via Fox News:

“I’m gonna plead out to it, plead guilty,” Tubbs says in one recording. “They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing.”

“You won’t have to register?” Tubbs’ father asked.

“I won’t have to do none of that,” Tubbs replied.

“So what are they going to do to you then?”

“Nothing,” Tubbs answers, then laughs.”
